These Terms of Service apply to your use of the MAX500 website (max500.online) and to every order placed on it. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. About MAX500

MAX500 is an online store serving customers in India. We work with multiple third-party suppliers and pickup locations, and products may be shipped to you directly from them.

2. India only

We accept orders only for delivery to addresses within India. All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR).

3. Your details

You agree to give accurate and complete details when ordering, including your name, delivery address, PIN code, phone number and email. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete details.

4. Products and prices

We try to show product descriptions, images and prices accurately. Colours and minor details may vary slightly from the images. Prices and availability can change without notice. If a product is listed with an obvious error in price or description, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

5. Orders

An order confirmation means we have received your order. We may decline or cancel an order, in full or in part, if a product is unavailable, the delivery address cannot be serviced, payment cannot be verified, or we suspect misuse or fraud. Any amount already paid for a cancelled item will be refunded.

6. Payment

You can pay using the payment methods shown at checkout. Online payments are processed by third-party payment providers; we do not store your card or bank details. Where Cash on Delivery is offered, you agree to pay the full order amount at the time of delivery and to accept the parcel when it is delivered.

7. Shipping and delivery

Shipping charges, dispatch and delivery are covered by our Shipping Policy. Items from one order may be dispatched from different locations and may arrive separately.

8. Returns and refunds

Returns, replacements and refunds are covered by our Refund & Return Policy.

9. Use of the website

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or place false or fraudulent orders. All content on the website, including the MAX500 name, logo, text and design, belongs to MAX500 or its suppliers and may not be copied or used without permission.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable Indian consumer law.
